What it is: Ongoing or short-term advisory support for managers or HR who are dealing with emotionally intense team dynamics. This is not therapy or coaching for an individual's mental health. It is case-based guidance for workplaces. 

Who its for: HR business partners, People managers, Leadership Teams, Startups scaling quickly
